Sage Acquires Focus Internet Solutions

Victoria, BC, February 20 2002 — Continuing their steady growth, Sage Internet Solutions Ltd. has acquired Focus Internet Solutions, Inc. The combined experience and skill sets of both companies will result in a dramatic increase in the comprehensive services that can be offered to new and existing clients.
